Formation
Religious formation is a lifelong journey of union with Christ, aided by the Holy Spirit,
leading to harmonious growth through human, intellectual, apostolic, and spiritual self-discipline.

The formation of the Little Servants helps individuals grow into mature and responsible persons,
so that they may fully live out the spirituality and mission of Incarnation,
in accordance with the founding inspiration.

Study and Aspirancy Periods
Descending as the Seed of Incarnation
- Study Period:
Foreign sisters acquire the Korean language
and prepare to enter initial formation,
becoming acquainted with the way of life of the Little Servants
- Aspirancy Period:
This is a preparatory period for adapting to a new environment
before being accepted as postulants.
Through experiencing prayer life, community life, and simple labor,
they learn and internalize the unique lifestyle of the Congregation.

Postulancy
Breaking Free from the Shell of Self
This is a preparatory period for the novitiate,
where vocational motivations are purified through self-awareness,
and the ability to fulfill the obligations of religious life is gradually cultivated
through community living and apostolic practicum.

Novitiate
Sprouting a Clear First Bud
This is the beginning of religious life and a period of intensive formation.
During this time, novices learn the Congregation's spirituality
and mission, history, and the spirit of the founder,
discovering their vocation to the poorest among the poor,
and acquire the spirit of joyful discipleship as a Little Servant"

Temporary Vows
Nurturing Sturdy Branches
This is a period that complements their formation
and prepares them for perpetual vows,
aiming to more faithfully actualize
the Congregation's spirituality of Incarnation and its apostolic mission.
During this time, in accordance with the spirit of the Gospel
and the Congregation's spirituality and mission,
they cultivate an understanding of the culture of their time
and develop a prophetic sensibility in order to rightly understand the signs of the times,
and internalize and integrate the Congregation's charism.

Perpetual Vows
Becoming a Broad-Spreading Tree
By making perpetual vows,
one definitively becomes a member of the Little Servants of the Holy Family,
promising eternal union with God
and consecrating one's entire life to God and the Congregation,
with an ever deeper longing for the Kingdom of God.

Continuing Formation
Bearing Lasting Fruit
The Little Servants consecrated to the Lord, as agents of continuing formation,
are committed to undertaking an ever more autonomous
and integral development based on the spirituality of Incarnation.
They continuously strive for self-formation, discerning what is most important
for their spiritual renewal and pursuing spiritual, professional,
and apostolic growth suited to their individual temperaments and personality.

The Call of Incarnation
Today, the Lord continues to call us to the life of Incarnation through diverse paths.
Vocation Gathering
The Little Servants of the Holy Family invite young people
who desire to live the Incarnate life as religious sisters, as Little Servants.
It is a time to reflect and discern
where in their lives the Lord is calling them to a joyful and sacred vocation.
and to move forward hand-in-hand.
For women who:
- Have been baptized for at least 3 years and have received the Sacrament of Confirmation
- Have at least a high school education
- Are physically and mentally healthy, unmarried, and under the age of 35
- Desire to live the humble life of a Little Servant according to the spirituality of Incarnation of the Little Servants of the Holy Family
Young Adult Meetings
The Little Servants invite those who wish to live as Little Servants
in the world through various young adult gatherings,
offering a new vocational path
that transcends the boundaries of religious life
and responds to the call of Incarnation.

This is a lay affiliate group
living the Incarnation spirituality of the Little Servants of the Holy Family.
They are those who dream of a universal Holy Family,
embracing broken and wounded lives with the love of the Incarnate Lord,
forming one family in God.
